Music Soc
LSU’s Music Society caters for musicians of all abilities: from absolute beginner to virtuoso! They welcome all to celebrate everything that’s great about music. If you’re looking for a bit of fun, some new mates to jam with, or just to kick back and enjoy the show: they are the society for you.

LSU Classical
LSU Classical meets every Wednesday from 7.30pm to 9.30pm in the Cope Auditorium. It is open to players of all classical instruments and all ability levels, and plays a range of musical genres including film scores and more traditional classical pieces. New members are always welcome to join.

DJ Society 
DJ Society provides DJing lessons to all students, regardless of experience. Lessons are taught by DJs from the Students Union itself as well as by members with real club experience. 

LSU Sing! The Students' Choir
This fun, friendly choir run by students, for students rehearses every Tuesday, 6:30- 8:30pm, in the Cope Auditorium. If you enjoy singing and want the chance to sing with others and perform then LSU Sing! is the society for you.

Tuxedo Swing
Tuxedo Swing is the official LSU big band, comprised of current students and Loughborough University alumni. They play everything from Big Band standards including 'In The Mood', 'Sing Sing Sing' and 'Fly Me To The Moon', through to more modern adaptations, like 'Uptown Funk'.

Roc Soc
Meet other students who share your love of rock! Roc Soc members enjoy metal, classic rock, punk, and ska, and a wide variety of other bands

Your Sound
Your Sound is Loughborough’s newest Music orientated society, nurturing and platforming music of all levels! They host events ranging from ‘How-to’ sessions to Sound Clash battle nights.

Rap Society
The rap society aims to make all aspects of rap culture accesible to Loughborough students through socials, concert trips and even music production in a studio!
