Join us as we celebrate the talents of our 2018/19 music scholarship winners in a special lunchtime concert as their scholarship-winning year draws to a close. 

Our music scholarships are awarded to students with a high level of musicianship and a passion for and commitment to music. The aim of the scholarships is to to develop the students' talents through the tuition they receive in return for a contribution to the creative life of the University - helping us to raise the profile of the Arts at Loughborough.

The current scholars were awarded their scholarships in October 2018 and since then they been receiving music tuition to develop their music skills and repertoire further. This is your chance to hear how they have progressed during the year and enjoy their considerable and varied talents.

This concert is open to members of the general public as well as University staff and students. You can book your free place in advance or turn up on the day.

Singer-songwriter scholar Michael Harry will be doing his end of year performance at LSU's annual Freefest event on Monday 6 May from 12pm. This event will also showcase our creative writing/spoken word scholars Ada Ughanwa and Michael Asolo.
