In this new project Mikhail explored the notion of the 'stranger'; he become a visitor to the tradition of an old English score and entered into dialogue with it. Ideas of dislocation and disarticulation mixed in an intense, reflective and celebratory sonic experience.

Cantamus consists of 43 girls between the ages of 13 and 19. Since their inception in 1968 they have won 21 prizes in international choral competitions, including twice winning at the World Choir Olympics.
