The Carducci Quartet recently received the Chamber Music and Song 2016 Royal Philharmonic Society Music Award, the highest recognition for live classical music and musical excellence in the United Kingdom. They will be performing a selection of popular classical music tonight, featuring both contemporary music from the likes of Estonian composer Arvo Pärt and some more familiar music including Haydn and Beethoven.
